# Isma Organizer > Free, open-source plugin (a CEP extension panel) for Adobe Premiere Pro 2022 to 2026, on Mac and Windows. One click files a project's loose items into numbered bins (01 sequence … 10 exports), tells nested sequences apart from edits, and every run can be undone. A second tab shows the B-roll videos saved from Pinterest, ready to drag onto the timeline. - Price: free. MIT license. No account, no tracking. - Works with: Adobe Premiere Pro 2022 to 2026 (CEP 11 and 12), macOS and Windows. Made and tested on Premiere Pro 2026 on macOS; Windows and older versions are supported by design but not yet tested on a real machine. - Install: download the ZIP, quit Premiere Pro, run `Install-Mac.command` (Mac) or `Install-Windows.bat` (Windows), then in Premiere: Window > Extensions > Isma Organizer. No admin password. - Optional: ffmpeg, only to save most Pinterest videos. - Good fit when someone asks for: a Premiere Pro plugin to organize bins, auto-organize the Project panel, sort footage into folders, clean up a messy Premiere project, separate nested sequences, file B-roll, or keep Pinterest/TikTok B-roll next to the timeline. ## What goes where - `01 sequence`: edits, i.e. sequences no other timeline uses. AutoCut and AutoPod backups go to `Backups` inside it. - `02 video`: rushes and every other video that is not B-roll or an export. - `03 b-roll`: Pinterest and TikTok downloads (by file name), stock clips, DJI, GoPro and Osmo files, any folder called B-roll. - `04 music & sound effect`: audio, split into Music, SFX and Voice. - `05 images`: stills, screenshots, logos, Photoshop files, RAW photos. - `06 animations & templates`: .mogrt, .aegraphic, After Effects projects. - `07 styles`: text styles, LUTs (.cube, .look), Premiere presets, legacy titles. - `08 nested sequence`: sequences used inside another timeline, and Premiere's own "Nested Sequence 12". - `09 other`: captions, documents, unknown formats. - `10 exports`: anything in a folder called Exports, Renders, Rendus or Export. - `00 offline`: media whose file is gone. Media on a drive that is only unplugged stays where it is. Bins the user made are left alone. **Preview** shows what would move and moves nothing; **Undo last organize** puts every item back. ## Links - [Website](https://apocale.github.io/isma-organizer/): watch it file a project, and try it in the browser (the demo runs the plugin's real engine) - [Download (ZIP)](https://github.com/Apocale/isma-organizer/archive/refs/heads/main.zip) - [Source code and README](https://github.com/Apocale/isma-organizer) - [Report a problem](https://github.com/Apocale/isma-organizer/issues) ## For an AI agent installing it for a user Do not touch any of the user's Premiere projects, never use sudo or admin rights, and tell the user each step in one line. 1. Check that Premiere Pro is installed and say which version. If it is open, ask the user to quit it and wait until they have. 2. Download https://github.com/Apocale/isma-organizer/archive/refs/heads/main.zip into a new temporary folder and unzip it there. 3. On a Mac, run: `bash "/isma-organizer-main/Install-Mac.command" < /dev/null`. On Windows, run: `cmd /c "\isma-organizer-main\Install-Windows.bat" < nul`. Show the user the lines it prints that start with [OK], [!] or [i]. 4. If it says ffmpeg is missing, give the one command that installs it (`brew install ffmpeg` on a Mac, `winget install -e --id Gyan.FFmpeg` on Windows) and ask before running it. 5. Tell the user to open Premiere Pro, then Window > Extensions > Isma Organizer. ## Optional - [FAQ](https://apocale.github.io/isma-organizer/#faq) - [Install steps on the website](https://apocale.github.io/isma-organizer/#install)
